A service provider is a registered user on Youpple.com who is delivering on a job requested for by a customer. He or she is fulfilling a demand by a customer whose job he/she has agreed to do. Example: Albert, a Master of Ceremony (MC) is contacted by Mr. Paul (a customer). Albert is the service provider.

WHO IS A CUSTOMER?
A customer is a client who has a need and reaches out to a service provider on Youpple.com. He/she needs a service and has the option of picking a variety of service providers who having gone through their profile feels he/she can render the service effectively. Example: Mr. Paul from Long Company needs an MC for their annual fund raising event. Mr. Paul is the ‘customer’.

Step 3: Select a suitable Service Provider
Step 4: Negotiate with the Service Provider
Step 5: Pay the agreed negotiated amount to Youpple.com
Step 6: Get serviced by the hired Service Provider
Step 7: Confirm or cancel the complete payment of the Service Provider by ticking off online

WHO IS AN EVENT MANAGER?
An Event Manager is a registered user on Youpple.com who creates an event. He or she has an upcoming event hence wants participants or guests to attend. Example: Albert is hosting an event and wants Shannon (a participant/guest) to attend. Albert is the Event Manager.
Step 1: Sign Up or Login as a Customer or Service Provider
Step 2: Create an Event (Description, Location, Time, Packages, Awards, Partners etc.)
Step 3: Follow-up with registered participants/guests
Step 4: Download your event's registered participant/guest list
Step 5: Deliver quality event to registered participants
Step 6: Remind satisfied registered participants/guests to notify Youpple.com about your pending payment
Step 7: Get paid by Youpple.com
Step 8: Start again from Step 2
WHO IS A PARTICIPANT OR GUEST?
A Participant or Guest is a client who is interested in attending an event put up on Youpple.com. He/she picks a suitable event on Youpple.com and registers. The event can be a paid or unpaid event. Example: Mr. Paul from Surulere needs an ICT training and registers for "ICT for Nerds Training" on Youpple.com. Mr. Paul is the ‘Participant’ or 'Guest'.
Step 1: Search for suitable events
Step 2: Register for the event by selecting suitable event package(s)
Step 3: Print out your completed registration page for paid and unpaid events
Step 4: Attend event
Step 5: Confirm or cancel the complete payment of the Event Manager by ticking off online
Step 6: Start again from Step 1
PERCENTAGES:
Youpple creates a platform where people in need of service(s) can meet people who can render service(s). All transactions made between Service Providers and Customers pass through Youpple in order to protect the interest of both parties.
Hence, all payments by the customer are made into Youpple account which will further be disbursed to the service provider. The service provider will only render the service after payment has been made by the client. Clients are therefore expected to pay in full unless stated otherwise and legally accepted by the service provider.
Below is a breakdown of the percentage Youpple takes from all transactions made.
