QUESTION:What does "Verified' mean?

ANSWER: It means the Service Provider has been verified by Youpple.com and can access 50% of payments made by customers before service delivery.


QUESTION: How do I get verified as a Service  Provider?

ANSWER: First, you're required to complete the Service Provider Signup Form(Individual or Business) adequately. Also, Youpple.com team will visit your physical address or setup a video call to sign further agreements. Please note that you must have been listed on Youpple.com for a minimum of 3 months and must have delivered 3 event services successfully before you can be verified.


QUESTION: What happens if I pay Youpple.com for a service to be delivered and the service provider doesn't come through?

ANSWER: As a customer, if a service provider doesn't deliver a paid service, you can decline payment on the platform and Youpple.com will refund your money. Please note that your claim will be verified from Service Provider and bank transfer charges will be deducted on refund.


QUESTION: What happens if a customer is not satisfied with my service?

ANSWER: Youpple.com will listen, review evidences and investigate stories from both sides. The outcome of the investigation will determine whether to pay or decline payment. Please note that this process is open to part payment and part refund to the Service Provider and Customer respectively.


QUESTION: What happens in the case of an emergency or sudden illness and I cannot deliver on the service to be rendered?

ANSWER: You are to notify Youpple.com, 48 hours before delivery date. The customer will be refunded while the service provider will incur 10% interest charges on the agreed sum.


QUESTION: What happens if Customer wants to pay cash? Who receives the money?

ANSWER: We accept cash at bank.


QUESTION: Can I transfer a service to someone else if I am no longer interested or in the case of an emergency?

ANSWER: You are to notify Youpple.com, 48 hours before delivery date. Youpple.com will setup a meeting between you and the customer to reach an agreement. In case where the customer disagrees, the customer will be refunded while the service provider will incur 10% interest charges on the agreed sum.
